Does it work with my iPhone?
It magnetically attaches to the back of iPhone 12 and later, except iPhone 16e and SE. It also charges any USB-C device by cable.

Will it work through a case?
Through most thin cases. Thick, textured or metal-backed cases will weaken or block the magnetic hold.

Can I use my phone while it’s charging?
That’s what it’s for. It’s thin enough that the phone still feels like a phone.

Can I take it on a plane?
Yes, in your carry-on. Carry-on only. Under the 100 Wh airline limit. Never pack it in checked luggage, and check your airline’s rules before you fly.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from the US within 3–5 business days. That’s the time before your order leaves us. Delivery time with the carrier comes after that, and you’ll get a tracking link when it ships. $6.95 flat rate anywhere in the US. We ship to US addresses only for now.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Lithium batteries can’t travel by every carrier, so we’re adding countries as we confirm we can ship them properly.

What if I don’t like it?
Return it within 30 days. If it’s faulty we cover the return postage. If you’ve changed your mind, return shipping is on you.

What’s the warranty?
12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.

Is there a wall charger in the box?
No — HELION AIR comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. Use the wall adapter you already have.
