Shipping policy

United States

$6.95 flat rate on every order.

Outside the US

We ship to US addresses only for now. We’re adding countries as we confirm we can ship lithium batteries to them properly.

When your order ships

Orders ship from the US within 3–5 business days. That’s the time it takes us to get your order out the door. Delivery time with the carrier comes after that. If an order is on pre-order, the dispatch estimate is shown before you pay. You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Lithium battery shipping

HELION AIR contains a lithium battery. It ships under each carrier’s lithium battery rules, which can limit the shipping services we can use.
