30-day returns

You can return HELION AIR within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays return postage

If it’s faulty, we pay the return postage.
If you’ve changed your mind, the return postage is yours.

What to send back

Everything that came in the box: HELION AIR, the USB-C to USB-C cable, the quick start guide and the retail box.

How to return

Email info@helionchargers.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 2 business days. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address and instructions. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.

HELION AIR contains a lithium battery, so it has to travel under the carrier’s lithium battery rules. We’ll tell you how to send it.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

If it’s faulty, we also refund your original shipping charge ($6.95 in the US).
If you’ve changed your mind, the original shipping charge isn’t refunded.
