This website is operated by HELION (“we”). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars and can change before you order. We describe HELION AIR as accurately as we can. Where a specification is still being verified, the page says so instead of guessing.
Orders
We may cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or we can’t ship to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Warranty are part of these terms.
Using HELION AIR safely
Follow the quick start guide and our battery safety guidance. Don’t open, modify or misuse the product.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Our content
The HELION name, logo, text and images on this site belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
