12 months from delivery.

What’s covered: manufacturing defects — a cell that won’t hold a charge, a port that fails, a magnet array that stops holding, a finish that lifts or separates under normal use.

What isn’t: physical damage, drops, liquid damage, normal decline in battery capacity over time, damage from a faulty third-party charger or cable, and any unit that’s been opened or modified.

How to claim: email info@helionchargers.com with your order number and a description — photos or a short video help. We’ll reply within 2 business days. A confirmed defect is repaired or replaced at our cost, including shipping both ways.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.
